- GNTech CallWatch is a purpose-built communications monitoring and conferencing platform for organisations that depend on critical voice connections remaining available.
- Designed for operational, emergency, radio and control-room environments, CallWatch continuously supervises configured communication paths and can detect extended periods of silence, loss of service or connection failure. Where required, it can automatically re-establish calls and help ensure essential communication channels remain active.
- CallWatch also provides secure conference functionality, allowing authorised users to join operational voice groups through dedicated extensions and PIN-controlled access. Outbound participants can be contacted automatically and prompted to confirm before joining a conference.
- The web-based management interface gives administrators a clear view of active services, connection status, registered extensions and configured communication instances. Multiple radio monitoring and conference services can be managed from a single platform.
